Not Covered in Warranty: –

The air filter and front grill are excluded from warranty coverage. Installation and demonstration are not included in the warranty. External accessories are not covered. The product must be used according to the instructions in the manual. Defects from improper use, as determined by company personnel, are not included. Modifications or alterations to the electrical circuitry or physical construction are not covered. Conditions at the site that do not comply with recommended operating conditions of the machine are not covered. Defects caused by uncontrollable factors such as lightning, abnormal voltages, acts of God, or during transit to service center or the purchaser’s home are not covered.

Authorized Service Engineer will do the following

The standard installation charges to be paid directly to the authorized Brand Service Dealer.

Standard installation of air-conditioners covers only: –

• Drilling of holes into a brick wall for taking out the pipes.
• Fixing a hole sleeve & cap. Fixing the indoor and outdoor unit.
• Connecting indoor and outdoor units using the standard Kit provided by the manufacturer. Wrapping the pipe with seasoning tape.

Not covered as part of standard Installation charges are: –

• Outdoor unit stand- Rs.900-1000/-
• Extra copper Pipe set- Rs.750-900/meter.
• Drain pipe extension if any – Rs 75-100/meter.
• Wiring extension from the meter to the installation site – Rs. 100-120/meter.
• Stabilizer if needed is chargeable.
• Power-point, MCB fitting and any other electrical work. Carpentry work, Plumbing and masonry work.
• Dismantling of the old Ac -Rs.750-1000/-
• Core cutting fabrication and electrical.
